Half amazing, half disappointing
Loved the decor and my comfortable bed! The location is perfect, right by the Capital Park. I had the best view from my room, which was a delightful surprise.
The parking situation was quite inconvenient, with lots being a long walk away. Additionally, customer service left something to be desired, especially at check-in.

Had an awesome stay with friends! We easily explored the nearby historic buildings and took a stroll along the riverfront. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and the jacuzzi was a nice touch. Just note the parking situation can be tricky with limited options around.
One downside was the lack of timely check-in assistance. The receptionist had a bit of an attitude when we arrived, which was disappointing.

The hotel has charming Victorian architecture and a beautifully decorated lobby, providing a cozy atmosphere. However, I experienced a lack of privacy in my bathroom due to a clear window, and I felt that better signage for parking would enhance the experience. It's a nice place, but some improvements are needed.

Great Location and Beautiful Building
I really enjoyed my stay at this charming property. The location was ideal, allowing easy access to downtown attractions, and the building itself is beautiful with lovely architectural details. The staff was friendly and made me feel welcome during my stay. However, the parking situation could be improved, as it can be tricky to find nearby options.

Couples should consider it. Perfect for intimacy
The staff was limited but they were really friendly, y'know? We had a cozy room that made us feel at home, great access to local joints for dinner and drinks.
Wasn’t exactly wallet-friendly, but I guess you pay for the experience.

The staff showcased remarkable hospitality, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The location near Capitol Park offers a great blend of 19th-century charm and modern convenience, perfect for a quick getaway. However, the linens were worn and stained, and the check-in process was lacking, which detracted from the experience. Free street parking for motorcycles was available nearby, but the hotel’s parking suggestions were not effective.

The Victorian charm of the hotel was impressive, and the jacuzzi tub in our room was a real treat. However, the parking was expensive, and the building could use some updates. It was mostly quiet, though some areas needed a good cleaning.
